Sydney teenager seriously injured in hit and run


A teenage boy has been significantly injured in a hit and run in Sydney's west.

The 15-year-old boy was hit by a gray sedan at Chapel Street, Bankstown, simply earlier than 4pm, police mentioned.

The boy suffered severe pelvic and leg accidents.

He has been taken to The Kids's Hospital at Westmead in a severe situation.

The gray sedan fled the scene and now police are trying to find the driving force.

The incident has subsequently triggered visitors chaos within the space with southbound travellers being diverted into Eldridge Street.

Commuters are urged to go away additional time if travelling within the space.
